Congratulations on your new journey into parenthood! I am so pleased that you are interested in participating in a childbirth education course.

We will be covering a variety of pregnancy and delivery related topics including anatomy of pregnancy, stages of labor, pain management, medical interventions, C-section, and postpartum care. The class will be interactive with plenty of time to address your specific questions and concerns.

Our classes are taught in a fun, open environment, and our philosophy is that we can all learn and benefit from each other. We welcome candid questions and shared experiences. It’s an honor to be a part of this exciting time in your life.
